A unique and compelling hillside site that spills down to a picturesque lagoon. TCLA created an outdoor kitchen that cantilevers over a sandy beach, and took a time-worn palapa and transformed it into a beautifully structured dining pavilion overlooking lush gardens and a beachside entertainment area. A charming hen house was designed and nestled into the upper hillside. A stairway with custom designed railings winds through gardens to a private beach. The exotic garden setting creates an exclusive resort experience.

TCLA Studio Double Winner at CLCA San Diego Chapter Awards /  by Thomas Clark

TCLA Studio was the winner of two awards in the 2018 California Landscape Contractors Association/San Diego Chapter awards program, submitted by Nature Designs Landscape Contractors. The studio won an Achievement Award in the category of Landscape Beautification for both Residential Construction and Drought Tolerant Garden for the La Jolla Overlook project.
